Model BWB-4C Auto FlipTape Edge  Machine

The machine is one of the late-model tape edge closing machines in mattress manufacturing. It is the improved new model based on the model BWB-4C auto-flipping edge closing machine of our company. It adopts split conveyor table and PLC program control. The machine has multi-adjusting functions which improve sewing speed and quality, and it satisfies the needs of company which produces the large quantities of top grade mattresses. The adjusting mechanism of the machine is steady and reliable, and the specs transform is convenient and fast. It is the perfect equipment in mattress manufacturing industry with mass production and automatic production line. The machine has the following features besides the sewing capabilities of its predecessors.

1.       Equipped with two conveyor belts for mattress feeding on the table and a lifting stand for setting sewing head. Sewing speed is same as feeding speed of table-board, operator just needs to stand at the appointed area and look to, mattress will move in and move out the sewing area automatically. This machine is the necessary equipment for production line.

2.       By adopting PLC program control and artificial intelligence operating, this machine enable the mattress moving, cornering, and flipping automatically in sewing, which greatly increases the sewing speed.

3.       Sewing head could raise or lower, slowdown and recover automatically at the corner, this feature successfully solves corner edge's outwards-curving problem, and greatly increases sewing quality.

4.       This machine could sew four sides of mattress continuously, sewn mattress moves to the flipping position and flips automatically, which reduce the labor intensity of sewing operation.

5.        Because some function must be completed by air cylinder, an air supplied is needed.
