This machine is specialized for raw material mixing and foaming ,both material filling and mixing are computer controlled .Ita feature as: accurate material feeding , mixing system brake ,much increased foaming quality ,convenient operation and efficient.
The box type foaming machine is designed for customers with low production volume to produce square or circular block sponges. The entire process is controlled by a program. After inputting the formula into the control system, all raw materials will be matched according to the formula, molded using a mold, and then demolded to extract the sponge. The operation is simple and fast, and the harm of the raw materials to human health is reduced.
