 This machine is specialized for auto pocket springs making .Feature as :Double head,multi-zone spring available,high productivity.
Model BBTH-80 double head auto pocket spring machine are improved and upgrade based on in 2014 year. 5pcs servo motor and PLC are used, and add 1pc spring coiling head. The new function as below:
 1. Two coiling heads can work in the same time or separately.
 2. If two coiling heads work in the same time and use same wires, then the speed can reach to 80pcs/min. If use two different wires, then it can make "firm edge" pocket spring nets.
 3. The machine will stop automatically, when fabric or wire use out or any other mistakes happened. Besides, the mistakes will appear on the screen as well.
 4. The materials of every single pocket spring is controlled by computer, not only reducing cost, but also looks pretty than before.
 5. Using 5pcs more servo motors than before, faster, more accurate and smoother.
