Main application and performance
This production line is mainly used for foaming density at 10-50kg/m3, soft PU( polyurethane ) foam produce, it adopts high automatic, more flexible human-computer interface controlling system, user may have 7 different storage foaming formulas, formula can be changed or adjusted anytime freely, even if accomplish remote monitor and control by internet, it makes production cost control more scientific and explicit. It can produce various ideal furniture foam, shoes foam, bra foam, electronics foam, used for package, garments and automobile industry.
