BTH-80 Auto Mattress Spring Machine is a high-performance, high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly automated core production equipment for mattress springs. This machine is an industrial high-efficiency automatic machine specialized in manufacturing double cone springs for mattresses, furniture, and motorcycle backrests. The steel wire diameter, height, and seat ring diameter of the springs manufactured by this machine can be adjusted. The entire process, from wire feeding, straightening, wire feeding, coiling and forming (coil springs), knotting (Bonnier springs) or sealing (bagged springs), to the transportation and stacking/arrangement of finished springs, is highly automated with minimal manual intervention. Designed for long-term stable operation to meet the needs of large-scale production. High precision servo motors, ball screws, and control systems are used to ensure that key dimensions such as diameter, height, number of turns, pitch, knot/sealing position, etc. of each spring are consistent in height, with strict tolerance control (usually within ± 0.5mm or less). The main frame is made of high-quality steel, and the key transmission components (such as gears and bearings) are wear-resistant and durable. Usually, well-known brands of servo motors are used PLC, Touchscreen, pneumatic components, etc. Reasonable design, reducing failure points, ensuring the continuity and stability of the production line.
