This machine is specialized for assembling mattress springs. Upper and bottom assembling together, auto clamp at both spring end, spring rows counter, auto push out when finish and computer setting for assembling rows.

The stringing machine (hereinafter referred to as the machine) is mainly used for the string combination of springs, suitable for the stringing of the wire spring. It is an ideal equipment for the production of spring bed nets for mattresses, furniture and car seat cushions. The size of the bed net, the diameter of the wire, the spring diameter, and the spring height can all be changed within a certain range as required. After the spring is placed, the machine can realize automatic stringing, and can realize the automatic cutting of the string spring, the automatic flattening and closing of the two ends of the coil and the automatic forward movement of the bed net, and can set the number of springs according to the requirements.
