This machine is Low Pressure Mould Foaming Machine is a compact, cost-effective low-pressure PU foaming equipment specially developed for small-batch production, sample making, and laboratory research. It is designed for polyurethane foam molding processes, compatible with soft foam, hard foam, and semi-rigid foam production. Featuring a compact structure, simple operation, and stable performance, this machine is an ideal solution for start-up enterprises, flexible customized production, and multi-variable foam product manufacturing.
Adopting low-pressure mechanical stirring mixing technology, the equipment realizes accurate proportioning, uniform mixing and quantitative pouring of PU raw materials (A polyol material & B isocyanate material), ensuring stable foaming reaction and consistent finished product quality.
