Mattress Label Zigzag Sewing Machine (BSB)
This machine is mainly used for mattress label zigzag sewing. It is characterized with auto positioner, and computerized stepless speed regulator is optional.
BSB Long Arm Label Machine is mainly used to sew the label on the mattress.
For the traditional sewing machine, it's impossible to feed the thick mattress (more than 60mm) stably with one feed dog. However, this machine can achieve it with a gap-type clutch, which can feed synchronously with two feed dogs up and down.
With the electronic positioning motor, the sewing speed can be adjusted within limits. The needle will always keep on the top position with power off.
With a reasonable design, this machine have great advantages of more stale and less noise. And it's competitive no matter in China or all over the world.
