Main application and performance 

This machine is mainly used for double-edge overlocking mattress border fabric . It is equipped with 2 JUKI sewing head , work synchronously . The 2 sewing head is driven by 2 different inverters, and the feeding fabric is by polyurethane rollers, winding system work synchronously, auto cut the surplus fabric. Further more ,this machine is equipped with waste collection and finish fabric auto stop device .
The machine is suitable for serging mattress, it can serging mattress by double head or single head. Modified press foot and material feeding device used in the JUKI sewing head increases the sewing stitch and the sewing thickness as well as Pneumatically lift presser foot, all of which simplify the sewing operation, a five speed regulating motor used in sewing head and feed roller to adjust the sewing speed and material feed speed of the roller, ensures the synchronization of the machine. A photo switch-controlled rewinding motor could timely rewind the materials from the feed roller; additionally, a waste -collecting motor, cooperating with a 1100W pump, In addition, The configuration of the disconnection protection device.
