Model BZBH auto pocket spring glue assembling machine is work with model BBTH-80 double head auto pocket spring machine to develop a high performance, high efficiency, high quality Soft bed core production line.

The principle of this machine is that spray glue into strips or dots on pockets spring and non-woven fabrics by Viscose nozzle, then They are bonded to mattresses by girders and conveyor belts. When a mattress is formed, the machine is automatically cut to form an independent mattress.

This machine has upper and down non-woven adhesive, automatic cutting, continuous or intermittent spray and other functions. Also added " Cutter mode / pulse mode one-way cut/ two-way cut" mode to select.

The machine has high degree of automation, stable performance, firm bonding, maximum glue saving and lower cost. It is an ideal equipment for mattress product production.
