Model BFXQ-3 CNC Foam Contour Cutting Machine

This machine is mainly used for cutting soft foam, hard foam, memory foam, high resilience foam, latex foam, phenolic foam or mineral wool materials into any geometric contour.

By controlling the X-axis, Y axis, Z-axis and W-axis movement journey into graphics, utilizing the high-speed movement of teeth blade to cut foam without dust.

Drawings can be made directly on the computer, scanners, digital plotter and photos may be also used to input the graphics into the computer before automatic cutting .

This machine has many functions , for example automatic nesting materials: automatic calculation of material using area, mirror cutting, inverse-set cutting, rotary cutting etc., so that to drop raw material costs to minimum.

Fully computer control,drawing and cutting are easy to learn.

Computer automatically control processing procedure in real time. Drawing software is compatible with AUTOCAD software.

Controlling software can realise remote control, remote maintenance, remote upgrade.
