Model BFXQ-6 CNC Ring Blade Horizontal Cutting Machine

This machine is a professional foam contour cutting equipment manufactured by Nanjing BCD Bedding Machinery. Adopting closed-loop servo control and horizontal endless ring blade cutting structure, it is specially designed for mass processing of flat sheets and horizontal irregular contours of soft foam materials.
Main Applications
It cuts flexible materials such as PU foam, memory foam, latex, EPE pearl cotton, EVA, sound-absorbing mineral wool, mattress inner cores, sofa cushions, automotive seat foam, packaging inserts and sports protective foam.
